1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired
- The item is missing from the package
- The product was delivered in defective condition
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable once opened or used:
- Opened makeup products
- Used skincare items
- Personal hygiene products
- Beauty tools after use
- Fragrances/perfumes after opening
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Request Time
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after the allowed period may not be accepted.
4. Required Proof for Returns
To process your return quickly, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear image of damaged or wrong product
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method
- Bank account
- Wallet/UPI (if applicable)
6. Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipping
Orders already shipped may not be canceled. Customers can request a return after delivery if eligible.
8. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by ATCMall.
- In other cases, shipping charges may be non-refundable.
9. Refused or Invalid Returns
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Original packaging is missing
- Return request is made after allowed time
- Product was purchased during non-returnable clearance sale
